Mazafati dates, often referred to as “Bam Dates” or “Kimia Dates,” come from the city of Bam in Kerman province, Iran. The harvesting season typically starts in August and continues until mid-October.These dates are usually packed in two types of master cartons: 5 kg and 7 kg, each containing 12 small cartons, each with a 600-gram capacity.
